Childhood

Childhood

A Poem by Koach Katt

Looking out to see glitter on the trees
We run an jump feeling free
Bundled up an off we go
Grabbing a lid to throw down the wavy road
Feeling the wet mist on our faces
Smiling and swirling all the way down
Enjoying each other united we are
You are my brother lets be free for a little while.

This is full of the spirit of youth--something I delight in remembering. Okay... I still get a burst of it on occasion, but 72 year-old fat men look silly when we swirl.
