Mirror Of Syllables

Just woke up and decided to write a poem: 1-10 syllables and then 10-1 syllables and rhymed like the ten lines are mirrored. I like to make my own rules to poetry sometimes..

Dedication.
Some use metaphors,
*Similes and skills taught Syllables make this one mine,
Increasing until decreasing
Like the patient lungs of a writer.
My mind is a jigsaw yet to be solved
