My heart has ached for so long
It needs, it wants to be strong
but all the feelings it had inside
are nearly gone

It's losing the battle
It's running out of time

Then you came on one stormy day
and the words I love you was all
you had to say to make my heart
brand new

My heart had been broken
and now it can be whole
again all the pieces fit when
we are together

My heart has been shattered
and has been left beaten and
battered but you mended it
with your love and I can let
it all go

I just want to let you know
I don't want to ever lose a
love so true, and in case you
were wondering I am talking
about you!
