Years go by too fast

Years go by way too fast
Seems like yesterday I was worrying about things that today would make me laugh, and what seemed so important back then is lost in the subconscious mind, it's funny how time does that!

I look back and wonder if I could go back and do things over would I take the chance, would I like what I see? All the silly mistakes and things I've overcome have molded who I've become and who you see

Years go by way too fast
Seems like yesterday I was so ready to take on the world, not knowing the world took on me. Looking back on the years it's funny how time changes everyone, looking at me now would I recognize the person I was in a crowd of people?

Yes, the years do go by too fast. It doesn't not seem like it's been 20 years since 1999. Great poem. Keep up the good work.
