Their Love

I let my mind take me away to places I would never chose to be

I go off the beaten path and I don't get enough of your wrath

and I then after feel nothing back

I wonder often if this is my fate, my story seems so lonely

and cold but I then come across those dear to me and they

heal me with their simple touch, and they don't ask much of

me in return, just not to let them sink and burn

Their love is something I will not ever earn, its something I search

for and often long for but it leaves me empty because I end up hurting

so many
