I'd rather Not have a Cinderella Story

Every girl wishes to have
the Cinderella story with
a prince and all that comes
with his glory

But what a sad story
indeed because who will
fulfill these girls wants and
needs

Life seems unfair it
seems like no prince
is out there and it
seems as if no one cares

But keep on looking
my darling there is a
guy out there ready
to be charming and
sweep you off your
feet

Isn't it sweet he may
not be rich but I'm sure
you will learn to live with
it

For every girl wishes to have
the Cinderella story but they
don't realize that this
life is completally boring

For a prince can not please
a girl with just diamonds and
pearls meanwhile a real man
would give her the world

I'd rather not have the
Cinderella story because
no prince would ever make
the end happily ever after
in this sappy story

I'd rather have a real man
with a real true love story
