He Awaits

He Awaits

A Poem by Klyn

He Awaits

I'll sing you a lullaby little one
To chase you to your dreams
To stop your pain and hurting
And to give you eternal peace
Where beauty and love awaits you
There is no burden for you to cross
Your sorrow and agony are over
No more emptiness and loss
I can hold the moon in one hand
And a candle in the other
To show you the way through
The labyrinth of lifes tortuous mirror
You may look at the reflection child
Just so you can see
The twist of fate and circumstance
That brought you here to Me
Follow the footsteps of your path
Keep the lessons learned
You'll need them on your new journey
For your wings child you have earned
