I dare you

I dare you

A Poem by Kristina Lumpkins

I dare you to love me.

I dare you to never leave me.

I dare you to hold me tight.

I dare you to respect me.

I dare you to need me.

I dare you to make my world right.

I dare you to treasure me.

I dare you to please me.

I dare you to want to fight.

Because I love you.

Because I never want to leave you.

Because I want to hold you tight.

Because I respect you.

Because I need you.

Because with you my world is right.

Because I want to treasure you.

Because I want to please you.

Because your love is worth the fight.

Nice work. I like the repetition. Whoever he is, he is a lucky guy. Or girl. Hey, I don't judge.
