ResolveA Poem by Klo WillowAn abstract reflection of something sore. When does it stop? When the memory dies? When the offender cries? There are no tears though; just an ugly, resounding, alibi. Maybe it stops once it is 'truly over'. Maybe at a time where the events can't continue. Maybe because of different whim or venue, or it is all just some deceptive innuendo. But I know . . . Never will it be 'truly over'. As the memory will not die, and there won't be a genuine cry. I'll simply get by. Damn any justifying alibi! But the memories come back in a flood, all because we share the same blood. But I still see it so clearly, that bud; all full of hope and naivety, covered in mud. Change is all too rampant. I just can't get around it.
