Trust

Going through some stuff and wanted to try my hand at some poems, here is my first.

Roses are red, Violets are blue,

How could you do this to me I trusted you!?

I don't know if you thought I wouldn't find out,

Its not surprising my friends are where you hang out.

I can't believe the lies, the way you made me feel

I'm down with you now, I want to try and heal.

Six months we were together,

now i feel so under the weather.

Not from sickness, but from pain,

when i stop loving you I can feel again.

So when we cross paths on the street,

Please act like were just strangers on the street.

I no longer wish you know you, not even a bit

I went to bed crying do you even give a s**t?

So I will move on, go for happy or bust

I have no other choice you've stolen my trust.

first attempt at poetry so please be kind. I don't know if I have proper structure or not, I just remember nursery rhymes and the rhymed so I did that too. AK
