Bon Vivant

Bon Vivant

A Poem by Raheem Lyttle Kiyaga
"

Bon Vivant Bon Appetite

"
It's my lunch hour,
Pawpaws, passion F and oranges in a blendor,
Plates are ready,
Sauce pan wreathed with a delicious smile,
Empty belly yearning and drooling
For the broiling in my oven,
Appetizing chicken burritos,
Cheeseburger and mayonnaise.
Coca-cola with a helment on,
And Cocktail juice in a jar.

The sun is hot, but this dinning stir up the air,
A glass of Apple Splash Juice,
Blue berries, Pears and Apple
On the other side,
Fresh cucumber, Pineapple slices, watermellon,
All on one table.
Gimme the serviettes and a silverware,
Now I am ready.
