Seasons

As the days parted till only winter's left

I wondered if I squandered..

Squandered the other seasons away..

Drifting Spring gave away to hurtful Summer,

Lonely Autumn left me for empty Winter

Little by little I felt you left me

Your memories of us...replaced by other..

Once again I knew of 

Hurt..Loneliness..and pain..

That will accompany me..

Throughout my life..

So...

This is really touching! Nice use of personification for a sad & defeated heart :)
