Seeking

Seeking

A Poem by BrokenAngelicHeart

A feather upon your pale cheeks
A caress across your subtle lips.
She who would not age no more,
Her who had never smiled for real.
Deep into the coffin she lies,
Surrounded by petals of the darkest red.
There will be no six feet under
As the white roses adorned her.
The image will crack and shatter,
Because they are...Not the one she seek.
