The Silent Death

It came in silence.

"It started weeks ago. Japan, Hawaii, and, Alaska were completely cut off from the United States. There was no war nor was there any political reason for this. Communications with those countries just stopped. After that, an unnaturally thick fog covered every body of water around those countries. Nothing that went into that fog came back out. No distress signals, no lights, not even an escape boat."

"They died, they f****n died man! Im telling you we need to get our s**t together and get the f**k outta here!"

"Damien calm down. This place isn't sound proof. So Henry go ahead."

"A few days after that a government document containing a video of what happened was released."

"What was on it?"

"I-Its hard to describe. It was a tall bipedal creature covered in what looks like black seaweed and moss. On its face was what looked like a gas mask with tubes leading into its back. It had no eyes, only empty sockets and its body was very similar to a humans except for its arms and hands resembled that of a crabs claw with a sharp blade lying inside it. Its legs were muscular accompanied by some sort of thick spiky skin. We couldn't do anything to stop them and they're still here."

"I CAN'T TAKE THIS S**T ANYMORE MAN I CAN'T F*****G DO IT!"

"Damien! ....oh s**t! GUYS RUN!"
