Wars Dream

War is something that is always there
It is something that we all cannot bare
Fighting and fighting again and again
Wishing that it will all soon end

Tears and blood falling like rain
Having to deal with all of the pain
Knowing that you can't just give in
Letting the sounds of war play like a broken violin

Letting yourself get hit in the chest
Knowing it is now all up to the rest
Hearing all the shouts and the screams
Hoping and wishing that this is all just a dream

Waking up in a cold sweat
Knowing you will soon face this dark threat
