Crimson Angel

Crimson Angel

A Poem by Kirill Zeinon
"

One night I dreamt this and I had to write down what I saw..So if things don't come to together that well you know why.

"

-Crimson Angel-

The night was dark, darker then it has ever been
a cold and yet bitter sweet wind nipped at my hair and shoulders
chilling my body and cooling me straight to the core.
The fog from my mouth looking like my very soul was leaving my body
I slowly move my shoulders they pound and ache with pain.
Standing on this mountain edge alone and cold..
Looking down at the dark abyss
my thoughts running fast and wild
my shoulders ache with such a intense pain that it brings me to my knees.
White pure crystal sting my skin
a white blanket of crystals cover my suffering body.
Something pushes at my back shooting pain down my back
I go to scream yet no sound comes
the white crystals blanket now tainted with my crimson blood
too afraid to look back over my shoulders
yet curious I look back over my left shoulder.
Dripping my fresh blood from it's tips
fear and beauty grip me at the same time
slowly and unknowing I stand and step to the very edge of the mountain edge.
Spreading my new crimson wings I jump into the dark abyss below disappearing

Beautiful, very good imagery.

I like this poem. Some of the imagery and the words you use to translate it work well and the end is a nice touch, quite unexpected.
