Dead ends

Dead ends

A Poem by David Ronoh

A heartbeat, a pulse
Monitor beeps
A bud in spring
Sign of a life
A promise to thrive
But that was all,
The heart stops, a flatline
Bud, ripped off it's vine
Never to blossom, to feel sunshine
Life fades,
Dead ends,
My story, my love trends.
