Knowledge Inspires New Greatness

If it wasn't real
This poetic mix of emotions
Is something I would never feel
But since its my truth,
This poetic story I write tonight Naturally continues still..

I love, I hurt..I ache, I work
I write, I flirt
I seek truth, I fall short,
Then find my way through research

You give me the energy
To channel the inner me
And fight lost hope inside myself;
My life's biggest enemy

Its hard to love again
Or pick a place to let it begin
Especially after giving your all
Came to a heartbreaking end

Its hard to pretend
That the walls we built still stand & defend
When love is about what you feel
And the energy you gave out from within

Truth is, I've been broken
Faith traveling through God's motion
Lately I've been hoping
A tangible love can forever match this emotion

I feel for you
I see love and pain in your eyes
A listener is quiet
A loud man never see's the disguise

The moment I stopped voicing my mind
I started to realize
I want to be there to heal your spirit
Before eyes spill spiritual cries

I can see it
I can feel it
My heart and hands
Just want to heal it

My mind stayed concerned
And my soul always concealed it
I know you speak from your heart
The depths of my spirit can feel it

It seem like the greatest women
Got the deepest stories
So without manipulation in our situation
I pray that you meant for me

Its a lot i dont know,
But whatever I do; I let show
You my flower child
Watered by my love just for you to grow

Its ok, you'll see a better day
Bestfriend or my bae
It don't matter;
Through it all, I will listen to what you got to say

You can make it
Dont let your heart go vacant
God said he'll never put it upon you
If your heart could never take it

No need to fake it
Through your pain; im patient
Dont wonder why I feel the way I do
