Ode to Shmagel (with Gas Station Coffee)

Ode to Shmagel (with Gas Station Coffee)

A Poem by KindaCursed

I know this Jew

and he loves bagels

with lox

but I don’t know

what the hell lox is.

So keep it away

please keep it away

from me

and my shmagel

            (with gas station coffee).

A shmagel is a gift from God

I tell the Jew

when he asks.

I need a shmagel

            (with gas station coffee).

Made to order!

(At a gas station)

with everything I want- whenever

because it’s a shmagel

            (with gas station coffee).

The Jew says that’s nasty.

Who eats food from a gas station?

I do!

I’ll eat a shmagel

            (with gas station coffee).

Happiness is a fresh shmagel

Morning, noon, or night

Food for body and soul

Ohm! Shmagel

            (with gas station coffee).
