My BEAUTIFUL DEATH

My BEAUTIFUL DEATH

A Poem by Kimiko Watson

How sweeter can this death be?
It has taken me away from life and all its misery.
My passing was so peaceful,
Death held me in his arms the way my daddy did,
And for that I was grateful.
Death was the only thing that could set me free
And I was glad the day death came for me.

Looking back at my life,
I do not regret my death
I rejoice because all my pain and suffering is gone.
I am moving on to a better place
With a constant smile on my face.
