Nod

Nod

A Poem by Kimberlee

Breathing shallow, eyes limp.

I’ve never seen it before.

Life and death and the in between.

It makes you strong he said.

Drink me, eat me, shoot me up.

Put him in the bath tub!

Turn it on cold.

Wake him up.

He’s going on a nod.

Good night.
