Ever Changing Wind

Ever Changing Wind

A Poem by annalysiar
"

A generals wife cannot accept the death of her husband. She lays him on his bed and thinks he is lost in the wind. She walks the beach waiting for her love to return from war.

"
Ever changing wind took him away
Deaths debt be paid
Times grace be blessed
cleansed of this mess.
Here I stand
among her fury
thy hearts torn worry
gone with Ever changing wind-
Blesses through the raging sea
please, I pray,
bring him back to me.
Death met his sway
His debt be paid
Here I stand
within her cursed hand
I wonder why
you left my side.
Times grace be blessed-
cleansed of this mess.
Gone with the changing wind
lost to the growing mend
here, take my hand.
Don't forget that I still stand..
Death met his sway
his debt be paid.
Times grace be blessed
cleansed of this mess.
Ever changing wind took you away
and my heart left your sway
Lost you may be
but never to me.
hear my my love...
Listen to me me sing
this song we made- you and me.
Death. Hold your sway.
Your debt be paid.
Here I stand.
Among this cursed hand
knowing I may be damned
Ever changing wind take your might
huff and blow you may try
my heart forever be tried.
Never to to swayed,
He will come to me another day...
Ever changing Wind guide his way.

The ones left behind are the ones whose suffering doesn't end. To be such a big part of someone's life, it is only fair to think in grief that they have left you, but even when they are gone, they forever stay in our hearts. Beautiful words and sentiment in your work, and as you so rightly said, they will come to me another day.
Great write Annalysiar.
