This poem is about fearing the day that I might run into my 1st ever gf, she left me last year

That day will come
That thing that I dread
That which is always clawing in the furthest reaches of my head
It follows me as I go to bed
Can't U think of something else instead?
Yes it's true
No matter what I do
It all comes back to you
That which I feared
Today I thought it'd appeared
Encounter with a girl
My everything just ended in a twirl
Not the one - that was close
Next thing I see - wonder who it could be?
No not you - someone important to you
Hint, always gave me fruit
How do you like them apples?
Sooner or later
That which makes my heart stir...
That day will come.
