A poem about how I feel about what I lost speaking to Hoshi(Star) about things

It's been awhile
Hey are you still there? What's that?
Oh I'm standing in the wrong spot
Gomen, it's been awhile...
Since last we spoke
Hoshi, do you still remember me?
That's right I'm back
But I return as a broken man
Are you willing to listen?
Even though I forgot about you?
That's okay you don't need to respond
You were the listener after all
Hoshi, I'm lost to be honest
I can't see my path
I don't know what to do
I don't know where to go
My life seems to be at a stand still...
The one good thing that I had going in my life...
Which is probably the reason I stopped speaking to you, has disappeared from my life - I'm wounded and beaten
I am starting to feel ok, but then I hear songs about her, songs that remind me of her...
You know I was down for her, but now I'm wishing that I never bowed to her...
That I never fell for her...
I really don't like this feeling, it really hurts
Say Hoshi, do you remember those times I would watch the night sky, watched the way you danced and lit the world?
Watching the man-made stars try to take your spotlight.
The times I'd flip a coin into the air wishing for a...
Heh never mind.
