Bulletproof

I realized that I rarely write of my own personal perspective on things. I write from someone else's perspective. This character is trying to hurt his girlfriends feelings by dumping her :(

I try to tear you down

Pull you apart

Desecrate your golden heart

But you remain BulletProof

I try to scatter your remains

But today the winds don't blow

Won't eradicate you across the landscape

D****t, your heart is BulletProof

I try to leave

Say goodbye and make you cry

Leave you broken down and paralyzed

But your heart remains BulletProof
