I saw the rising morning in the darkest eye

And a lie

 

No need for me to wait

I’m not the only

And I believe fate

And you’re not holy

 

Just promise that the memory won’t ever die

I lived a lifetime in those mystic evil eyes

I won’t cry

 

And if you saw me

Cold and lonely

Say that you know me

Pass by slowly

 

I promise that I’ll smile and look towards the sky

The yearning will fill my heart and that I won’t deny

Then I’ll die

 

And believe me

The devil told me

That if you still need me

You’ll find the way to me in the end

 

He promised that he won’t let you even try

But he will run and burn in sun once he hears you sigh

So goodbye

nice i like it but i feel like from the idea of this and the title itself u can get more deeper, more creative and use more imagination, with metaphors for example! it's such a good idea motivator though! "Just promise that the memory won’t every die" u misspelled"ever" got u back :P
