Even angels cry

Even angels cry

A Poem by M.Kilani

Let them fall on my shoulder

Let them be words of agony

And leave them all to the undead

Leave them all to me

Speak of your demons

Speak of your fears

All to the human of clay

Who’s always near

Then walk away

Walk away to the unknown

With less ache in your heart

And leave him alone

Bearing pain of his and yours

Inhaling sorrow along with his smoke

Aching his lost hollow years

Heavy to bed watch him walk

And never regret a moment of truth

“Sorry “do not even utter

Let go of the darkened past

Fear not his heart to shatter

For pain is one’s redemption

Dismay is one’s desire

Aches of mankind is his addiction

To mold steel one need’s fire

Just leave , without goodbye

Worry not, even angels cry

A very powerful poem. Sometime we can only hope for a better day. A very sad poem. Thank you.
