Virtual reality

Virtual reality

A Poem by M.Kilani

Litters, words, verses

That is what my evilness has become

An orgasm of hate, pain, and envy

Pure unspoken words unuttered by me

An outlet, escape, virtual reality, and a runaway booth

Sympathy of those who can be hurt by hearing the truth

Litters, words, verses, poems in pages

All are my emotional tomb

The only place where I can be free

Where I care not for what world would see

Where I don’t exist any more

I leave that booth and shut the door

Litters, words, verses, poems in pages , virtual reality

Where everyone I do welcome

Leaving memories that I’ve discarded

Omitting reactions to the disregarded

I throw away the burden of rock they throw from below

Silence instead I give I speak of them namelessly, and they don’t know

Can I ever be more gentle with those of no mercy

Or is my approach is wrong , am I blind to see

Litters, words, verses, poems in pages, virtual reality ,and a safe-house

A gloomy stage of life, where audience can’t come

My safe-house that is made of glass

Perhaps coward you’d say once by it you pass

Thus of that I am proud

Brave I am as I scream it out loud

But never I’ll hurt them by shouting in their face

I rise above that act of vogue , I have more grace

Very strong words....I think it is a bravery of sorts to restrain oneself from telling the ones that hurt us in a hurtful manner...it is more difficult but better to write and turn the emotions into something beautiful...which You have done :) Wonderful!
