Give Me A SignA Poem by KibaxChanBeg for Forgiveness
You're a mess
Trying to numb the pain you'll never forget Popping pills and downing vodka As if it were going out of style But honey you know You'll never get a glance of the light. Oh, I know you're laying back Contemplating your own death Then at the end of the day You'll either drink yourself to sleep Or you'll drink yourself to death Cold white walls Keeping you trapped All you want to do is cut yet again You can't believe it's half this hard You never knew your mind was this bleak and dark. Take a look in the mirror You swear you've never seen her But already you hate her You hate her You hate her Broken shards of glass Painted with your own blood Decorating the floor in a combination of gore and chaos Yet all you do is sit back Watch your life seep from your veins Begging a God for forgiveness So you can find your way home
