Snow leopard

Snow leopard

A Poem by Kiari Sabon

I’m white, gray, and oh so love to play.

But as of now, I’ll just stalk my prey.

I slowly inch my way, to my prey.

Walking silently, over cold snow.

Which slowly melts under my paws.

I so heavy and full of fluff do not make the snow fuss.

But the small white rabbit I hunt makes

It thud and crunch.

I steady myself.

I ready myself.

I bound through the air and land upon

The hare.

I have my dinner.

So I declare it with a roar.

Loud enough to scare a bear.
