As the shadows duplicate and manipulate

We anticipate the challenges of winding roads

And begin wondering of our fate

The shadows leaks out chasing at our heels

And it never gets its fill of our game of hide and seek

It constantly consumes all it sees

But no I’m not afraid and I refuse to let it get away

I will not stand in the light if it means I live with fright

So now I take flight to begin my fight

Like a detective I search the dark for the shadows

And find them consuming

My fear begins blooming

Yet I swallow it down for fate I am bound

And hold my ground

And as we all do I face the shadows of the world

Even as it duplicates and manipulates all around
