HomebrewA Poem by GatielInspired by an ancient art.
Pour your water, Boil your mash, Have a beer, Time to relax.
Mash is done, Strain it out, That funnel clean? Without a doubt!
Pitch your yeast, Take your reading, Sit back down, It ain’t no thing.
Drink a beer, Watch it foam, Check your airlock, Bubbles done?
Transfer it out, Bottling time, Seven more days, To make it prime.
Don’t worry now, Your brew is good, Have a beer, Cause now it’s done.
Pop the top, No skunky smell, Take a sip, Time to tell. Invite some friends, Hand ‘em round, Your brews the best, Anywhere around. © 2008 GatielAuthor's Note
