Untitled KyrielleA Poem by Ziggy Jagger SpiderFromMarsI am just now learning how to write more than just free verse. I believe this one is called a Kyrielle and I probably failed at it. Just letting you know.
Sometimes I ask
What I've done wrong I can't keep on task I wait for the darkness to shade the gray Some days I am laughing Like a meth addict spun Wondering who will be staffing I wait for the darkness to shade the gray I am loving crystals in your smile The snow flies on the ski run I'll remember once in a while I wait for the darkness to shade the gray With endings going and coming The last on the list No room for a pun I wonder who I am becoming I wait for the darkness to shade the gray The lights, so forthcoming Watch me now, I'll come undone Waiting for the kiss so stunning I wait for the darkness to shade the gray
