She Speaks Magic

She Speaks Magic

A Poem by Khawaja Musadiq

In her arms-
I feel haven.
But-I've lost my voice
I cannot speak.
Ssshhhh..!
I try to comfort-myself
In this chaos
-Numb
Everything bleary
I breathe heavy
Afraid of life
But-
I see that light.
I hear the voice too.
And-For the
Fifth time-today
I hear the call to prayer
Unheard it-yet again.
Such am I
Lost-Hypnotized
By her words
For-She speaks MAGIC!

About
I'm all emptiness. Blank as the sky; I am. Not as blank as a paper though. I've traces of clouds as well. I feel the need of wind that will either make me all cloudy or cloudless! more..
