Grueling ContemptA Poem by Kathryn Star, Shine!Written for a contest... the best horrorShot between the eyes, By someone you know, What a surprise, Midnight waits for my return To take revenge on the one that wants to hurt Shadows cast, with moonlit night As I stretch my way into your bedroom this night, Laying there in your bed, I see your soul Reaching forward I rip out your mind, Stomping it to the ground, While you scream, My mind is filled with excelleration, I try to hold, to the truth of reality, But who's to say? In the midnight, hour of all those who desire sin, I watch and wait until I get my way, Then I strike, Powerful and without remorse, Show you that you will never get another girl again, You know what I say? You're dead today! It's twelve o One past midnight, You lay, Bloodless there is no way to say what your died from, A Mystery that will always be profound, Just the claw marks, Upon your very soul... Don't make me say... it's what you did, to the others Taking their own revenge. © 2009 Kathryn Star, Shine!Author's Note
