Wilted

Drained from energy, hoping for the best and putting faith in something.

Anxiety races through my mind,

As I take my last stroke of the pen to paper,

Editing and learning,

Waiting for a response,

Energy spent to just that "ONE" thing,

Knowing that in the end,

Time will tell the ending
