Passionate Torment

What can I do?

What more do you want?

Why must you torment me

With your teases and taunts?

 

Can’t you see my heart is aching?

It hurts so much, I think its breaking

Save me from this hell I’m feeling

Make me feel like a human being

 

Take my hand, hold me tight

And let us cease this useless fight

Dance with me in the starry night

Kiss my lips with all your might

 

Please let me love you

Its all that I can do

Don’t be afraid to take the chance

For I know you love me too

 

Author's Note

I've always asked myself why people play those stupid games in their relationships? Sometimes I wonder if they're just looking for drama. This poem just came into my head. Hope you like!
