After High School Fantasy

How I want my life to be :)

The beat is increasing,

My heart is in rhythm,

My feet start moving,

And the floor shakes beneath them,

The people are having fun,

The DJ's playing the tune,

Some dancers are going crazy,

Some drinkers head for the bathroom,

The flashing lights are changing color,

The bass crashes through my ears,

I'm enjoying it so much,

That the exams are the least of my fears,

My favorite songs are playing,

And I get on the dance floor,

I show the others what I'm about,

And they stand and cheer, shouting for more,

I sign up for many auditions,

And I feel like i did great on none,

Then I get that special phone call,

And they said i was the one,

I see my picture on bilboards,

I see my name in lights,

I star in the greatest movies,

And claim an Oscar on that special night,

I have a beautiful home,

With maybe about 6 cats,

I sometimes go to my sister's place,

With her Axolotls and Rats,

The paparazzi's cameras flashing,

Like Fireflies on Speed,

Blinding me as I'm on the red carpet,

Walking next to Cascada and Aubrey,

I'm popular in the states,

And I attract many,

But until I get my act together,

Thats just an After High School Fantasy...
