nautica

nautica

A Poem by Kett

blows of winds
sailor’s dreams capture stars
as guiding lights to sing
torrents waves drift a bow
woody elements sift up nose
as salty aires condense across shoulders wide
nightscape protector
watching the night set free the coursing wings
nautical draperies pull taut and cut through dawn’s rising daze.
