Faerytales

She once believed
  in faerytales
Knights in shining armor
Chivalry and
True love

  discovered, did she
  the truth of thee

Dragons do slay
Knights in shining armor
Chivalry has faded away
Damsels in distress
  took up the fight

  as for true love
          well....

She once believed
  in faerytales
And found that...

Dragons do slay knights
Chivalry is dead
Damsels now fight the war

  and as for true love
           well....

Sometimes happily ever after
  does come true

This is really wonderful. Unfortunately chivalry is mostly dead, but thankfully not completely dead. I was sad while reading this when I got the feeling that it was going to say true love doesn't exist, so "Sometimes happily ever after does come true" made me smile.
