Summer rain

Summer rain

A Poem by Keths
"

I never want to forget the perfect rainy days i had spent with my father when he was still alive. I cant help but feel him when it rains.

"
Sun-kissed, orange summer evenings
Composing symphonies on sunny strings.
Waiting to be engulfed in an angry gray
By thunder storms that paints the light away.
Those green mountains behind the cloudy maze,
Echoing the hum that ensues within the rainy maze.
While we wait for the wind to carry the lightning
Across the distance to where we are standing.
Do you still recall the days we had spent waiting
For the rain to slowly drown the sound of our breathing?
Because i still feel the warmth of your subtle love
As cool raindrops fall down on me from up above.
And for ages still there will be this summer rain,
Which we can wait for when we are together again

I can sense the depths of these memories, each drop a world of light. Such transcendent thoughts of summer sunlit skies and scorching storms. May the memories always take you home.
