I love dandelions.......i think they are misunderstood.

Such a pretty Flower
 

So pretty during the years warmest of season God created the dandelion for many a reason This pretty flower is so delicate, slim, and long Yet it grows up so quick and it is so strong A reproduction master the dandelion truly is blessed Blowing its seeds everywhere to which many are aghast Its dominant yellows contrast with its greens While some try to kill it by whatever the means The companies with their chemicals are out every year They heed no mind to children or to animals who are near A Flower? A Flower? They say to you in jest But for its beauty and power it is the Best

Wow.. well the dandelion certainly does have it purpose and was placed here for some reason other than just the colour I am sure.. who knows maybe they will find a cure of some sort from this plant.. you never know and then it may become priceless whereby everyone wants them! Stranger things certainly have happened... I like the fact you deal with what is considered a weed.. and turn it into a flower of colour and beauty when it is something that will certainly never completely disappear.. and the chemicals used to destroy it does more harm to people and animals ... we have to ask.. what is more important harming ourselves or ridding something that is merely a nuisance to some? There is wisdom in your writing.. though the reception from others will be one of mixed review as so many do not like this plant! If you look at a field of these though with the sun setting.. the reflection is a sea of gold.. which I do personally think is quite pretty.. thank you for sharing!

Aww, dandelions are definitely misunderstood. Some say it's a flower, and some say it's a weed...I don't really give it much thought.

But, good. :)
