Nine AM has me Headed North

Nine AM has me Headed North

A Poem by kera moondust

Nine AM is a girl
Though some people would say just barely
You see she’s not the girliest of girls
And she’s not the most easy to be around for days either
But god can that girl laugh
And her breakfasts are always the best
I spent a summer next to her, I cried in her arms once or twice
It was probably one of my hardest summers
She was always there with a can of green tea and a new game to try

Nine AM knows Video games, the good ones that brought me to a whole new realm of understanding

She’s a whole hearted woman who I tend to miss on warm days
When I find myself craving some green tea, soft music and a big bear hug with the tickle of her
Impossibly long hair on my
                                Face
