Kicking Him Like a Habit

Kicking Him Like a Habit

A Poem by kera moondust
"

Just a little inspiration can go a long way =)

"

He’s been a little too quiet lately

I feel like maybe he has finally forgotten me

Maybe

Some off way to try and wean

Me off his existence

Like an infant finally giving up on mothers milk

F**k if I can make it

Addicted to his tongue

Like metropolitan carbon

And cancer smoke

Melting into my

Aorta artery

He’s got a cruelty ambience

Burning me like a freezer

(I shouldn’t have let him have his way)

F**k

Him

No that’s wrong

The real story here is

F**k me

Whatever

He’s just an old haunt

Some dude I wish would’ve lasted

Too bad really

Radiator heater

To gas and oil

It really does rub off into personalities

That is until he winds up on my doorstep

at 3AM
