Me, You, Cars, and DirtA Poem by kera moondustI write too many goddamned poems about this boy. XD He's just in my head to much. You want to
drive here in a muscle car That matches
the muscles rippling on your sides You have
short dark hair you tuck neatly under your ears You wear baggy
pants and a crooked smirk You’ve got grease
staining your face Something from
the car’s engine you claim you’re
a mechanic You like
working with your hands in the Dirtiest
terms plausible to my
Squeaky clean Mind and tight Lipped
existence [but my senses have never been driven so wild!] You like hot
breathe and empty houses And girls
cuddled in your arms [in
your bed] F**k! What’s a
girl to do When the
absolute picture perfect man Is put on a
platform in front of you with the label You can look But
don’t touch Straddled over
his waist I mean look
at me I’m almost
one of those panting Drooling Succubus stumbling
at your feet Sick in love Compared to
you well I’m nothing Just a girl
with a mediocre heart And well my
body serves its purpose Don’t worry
I won’t comment on my mind But either
way my face and soul is blemished How can I
stand next to you? With your
olive skin Deep brown
eyes And brown
hair Mocking nature
for perfection Cupid needs
to quit hitting me in the face Who am I to
say he’s mine © 2012 kera moondustAuthor's Note
