Clear Blue Hell

Clear Blue Hell

A Poem by Kenneth Nicholas Lowe

In a whirlwind of trepidation
Ensure your time spent well
Not gazing into a solemn Abyss
And idling in a clear blue hell

Wow! What a punch those four lines deliver. I think it is deeply ingrained in some of us to gaze into that dep blue hell of introspection. I, personally,, will overthink myself out of every happy moment if given a chance. I must also add that I, too, belong to certain Celtic anthropological denominations. Both of which ended up residing in the north of Ireland before immigrating. Welcome, brother rebel, to our family reuniion!
