Borrowed LifeA Poem by Kenneth Nicholas Lowe
Unworthy is a borrowed life and thought
That leads unto a disappointed knot Continual search for justification and twisted truth You read in greed, yet your mind is mute Studying for a glint of logic or a slight of sense You drift far away from sanity's fence In hope Bolster your self-esteem You cry and blame and fight and scream For only you it will be true, just and right Self-judgement a cause is a long foresaksn flight Yet all around you still tastes of salt For only you could find its faults And only you will find its taste Surrounded in a self-pitiful waste And only you will find this sorrow For a life and quotes from others, you borrow © 2017 Kenneth Nicholas LoweFeatured Review
