No ShadeA Poem by kennyAll the world drenched in sun. Without so much as a name for some. Dust gathers all around, and respite is nowhere to be found. every single tree, everysingle rock, they are the places the people flock. An ocean of dust and sand, Dotted heavily with the crowds of man. Impossible to take a seat in the shade, impossible to squeeze into a glade. So crowded by those more greedy, so blind to the weary and the needy. Everytime I sit patiently waiting for my share, and both the old and the young, just don't seem to care. weary from the endless search, it seems in blood, I will find my perch. and there I shall rest, to be eaten by the vermin, and the pest.
