KnightfallA Poem by kennyknights supposition part 3
The reigns tighten on the steed that traveled far,
The horse had brought our knight to a glen, one where he may lick his wounds for some time. one where his enemies couldn't find. The knight had been wounded and left to die, for all his plans had gone awry. His lady his greatest betrayal, her success his greatest fail. wounded so dearly our knight did fall, yet everyone stood to hear his call, none came to help him home, and yet again he failed to reap whats sown. Only his single friend traveled to his aid, and for a brief time the knight did fade. © 2011 kenny |
