Bloody Red

Bloody Red

A Poem by kenny

Tired of all the failure,
Tired of searching for the cure.
I fail time after time,
for the same reasons I can't find.
By now I should already be dead,
with a heart beaten so bloody red.

Sick of the hollowness,
Sick of searching for bliss.
I fought for her every step of the way,
and only thought of her night and day.
But she didn't care what I said,
she just beat my heart so bloody red.

Blinded perhaps by a lack of being loved,
And too numb from being shoved.
I can only crawl forward,
and pray that I am heard.
So many crimson tears shed,
from a heart so bloody red.
